Clay Décor, LLC Terms of Sale

Delivery Time

TILE TREASURES Orders: All items in stock will be shipped within 2 business days of the order being placed. If the item is back ordered, it will ship in 2 weeks. Quantities exceeding 20 will ship based on individual order requirements.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Delivery of your completed order can be expected within six to eight weeks of when the order is processed by Clay Décor LLC. Most products are custom-created to the specifications of each individual order.

Product Liabilities and Warranties

TILE TREASURES Returns: Items accepted for returns within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in original condition and packaging. CUSTOM ITEMS EXCLUDED.

ALL RETURNS: Product liabilities and warranties are limited to product defects such as chips or breaks. Note that due to the handmade nature of the product, and the custom mixing of the high-fire glazes, some variation in color and texture of the glaze should be expected and will not be considered for warranty. Misuse or mishandling of the product will void all warranties (Note: Tiles may withstand light foot traffic in a floor application, but Clay Décor LLC DOES NOT warranty its tiles for floor use.)

Clay Décor, LLC's warranty of any Tiles, Lavatory Sinks, and Décor Elements shall not apply if the Tiles, Lavatory Sinks, and Décor Elements are not stored or handled appropriately, the defect of the Tiles, Lavatory Sinks, and Décor Elements resulted from damages occurring after delivery of the Tiles, Lavatory Sinks, and Décor Elements, or the defect of the Tiles, Lavatory Sinks, and Décor Elements was not reported to Clay Décor, LLC within seven (7) days after delivery to the buyer's location or designated delivery point. If the Tiles, Lavatory Sinks, andDécor Elements does not conform to the warranty above and the warranty is not otherwise excluded, then Buyer shall promptly notify Clay Décor, LLC of the defect. THE FOREGOING ARE BUYER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF THE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY CLAY DECOR, LLC ABOVE.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Clay Décor LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Clay Décor LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Clay Décor LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Clay Décor LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Clay Décor LLC without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
